Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been an actor, model and animal rights advocate in the United States. Ali MacGraw is known for movies such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. She grew up in an artist family from New York and wanted to pursue a career in arts. She started as a photographer's assistant, and then turned to modeling and acting. Her first two movies were noticed and she received recognition with the Golden Globe Award of Most promising newcomer. MacGraw's movie Love Story proved a major success and earned her international notoriety, along with the Academy Award' nomination and an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe award. She was named the best box office star in the world in just three releases. The handprints of her signature, as well as footprints were engraved in 1972 by Grauman's Chinese Theater. The actress has appeared in a variety of other movies, including The Getaway Convoy Players and television miniseries The Winds of War among others. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw is divorced three times.
